November 2025 Monthly Training Blast - Moralizing Calls

In this month’s training blast, AEP Director of Technology Alex Chiasson talks about the need to stay objective and follow your protocols during every call for service. Though you may get calls throughout your shift that infuriate or befuddle you, whether from common callers or not, it is our job as public safety telecommunicators to follow our protocols and send help, regardless of our personal feelings on the matter.
