Understanding our Payment and Registration Options

We get it: coordinating training for your employees can be a hassle, in more ways than one! In an effort to make the lead up process to training with us as smooth as possible, we thought we’d revise and clearly explain how we handle payment processing for our live and virtual workshops and events.

Live paid events can be purchased via check, credit card, or agency invoice. From there, the host agency (you) can elect to have a Flat Rate or Per Person Rate structure:

  • If the host agency has selected a flat rate structure, they are not required to complete registration forms for their attendees. If desired, the host may choose to open the workshop to outside agencies. AEP can create an online registration option on our website, and all outside registrations will be routed directly to the host agency.

  • If the host agency has selected a per-person rate structure, AEP will manage all registrations through our website. This includes registrants from both the host agency and outside agencies. The host is responsible for registering their internal attendees through the AEP website.

For paid events in our Virtual Classroom, individual attendees can pay directly through our site using our payment processor. If you have multiple attendees or want to pay via agency invoice, you can use the form on the page “Multiple Attendees/Agency Invoice“ to enter your information and a representative from AEP will help you through the process. You can also utilize this form to inquire about hosting a virtual event for your agency!
