We're beyond excited to be presenting at this year's Navigator conference in National Harbor, Maryland! Come visit us at the American Emergency Preparedness booth in the exhibit hall, where we will be talking with valued members of our profession about our in-person classes, our ever-expanding Online Academy, and more! Also, if you're in National Harbor for the pre-conference festivities, our lead instructor Ted will be presenting two of our original courses: Customer Service on the 14th from 8:30a-5:30p, and The First Three Minutes on the 15th from 1:30p-5:30p. Occurring annually, Navigator is "the premier conference for police, fire, medical emergency dispatch, and nurse triage, providing more than 1,500 dedicated professionals from across the country and around the world with an exceptional, concentrated forum for learning, collaborating, and experiencing new technology." This year will be a celebration of the35th year of the IAED Academy, in what promises to be a ”Monumental Milestone!” In addition to presentations from AEP, the conference will feature EMD courses and talks on technological advancements.
